Blue Tomorrow is working with the Jamul Indian Village of California in developing a Multi-Hazard Mitigation Plan. Upon written approval by the Federal Emergency Management Agency and formal adoption, the plan will serve the Tribe for a period of five years, making it eligible to obtain certain pre- and post-disaster mitigation funding from the federal government. Blue Tomorrow will outline various mitigation measures and include a strategy for each measure’s implementation within the plan.
