Blue Tomorrow is supporting the Chumash in completing the Resilient Groundwater Management Plan and updating the Groundwater Monitoring Quality Assurance Project Plan (QAPP). Blue Tomorrow will evaluate natural hydrologic conditions, map existing conditions using GIS, look at watershed management tactics, and draft the final plans and reports. This project will restore and protect the surface water and groundwater resources.
