The OVIWC has received funding from the Climate Pollution Reduction Grant for the development of a Priority Climate Action Plan (PCAP) and a Comprehensive Climate Action Plan (CCAP). Blue Tomorrow conducted GHG emissions inventories, quantified reduction measures, completed a benefits analysis, and developed a final PCAP report for the three Tribes involved in the project (Big Pine Paiute Tribe, Bishop Paiute Tribe, and Lone Pine Paiute-Shoshone Tribe). For the CCAP, Blue Tomorrow expanded on the PCAP to include a more comprehensive GHG inventory using more specific emissions and energy data, and GHG sinks from carbon sequestration.
